D-floe has a stickied thread for extensions; when I find any new ones I add a comment to the thread, so that's what I recommend. If you're really passionate about it I can add it to one of my first page comments on that thread. I can't think of any situation where I could use that safe fill extension to work faster/easier (especially without a proper undo) but everyone has different workflows.

Looked up that dev and found a great "boiler" extension, which makes flash art wobbly for that classic shaky drawing look. Won't use it but will add that to the a comment on d-floe's list tomorrow.
